World number one Snooker male player Ronnie O’ Sullivan cannot see anyone matching his Triple Crown record for decades to come. He has taken his tally to 21 this year.

The Triple Crown are the major global Snooker tournaments. They are the World Championship, Masters and UK Championship.

Ronnie O’ Sullivan has won each of these tournaments seven times. The players that have gotten very close to his record are:

Stephen Hendry ———- 18

Steven Davies ————- 15

John Higgins ————— 9

Mark Selby ————— 9

Ronnie who is quoted by Metro Sports as presenting this doubt.

‘I don’t think there’s anyone alive right now who’s going to win 21 Triple Crown titles,’

‘The ranking title record is going to go away because there are so many more events to play in. But I don’t think my top records are in jeopardy.’

‘The UK Championship, the Masters and obviously the World Championship,’ he continued. ‘Everything I do is always prepared to be ready for one of those three tournaments.

‘Then I really like the Home Nations events and getting the opportunity to go to large venues in them.’
